Characteristics of Sulapac® Flow for injection moulding

Excellent usability

Sulapac® materials have a wide range of uses, including food contact applications such as single-use cutlery. The finished product is strong and shatterproof. Use time is up to 24 hours at a food temperature of 40 °C; also suitable for acidic and oily foods (up to 2 hours, up to 70 °C).

Why use a sustainable material that biodegrades and leaves no microplastics behind?

Under the EU directive on single-use plastics, disposable products containing certain plastics have been banned since 2021. Banned products include straws, single-use cutlery, stirrers, cotton buds, balloon sticks, plates, and food and drink containers made of expanded polystyrene or oxo-degradable plastic.
